My Regina Mills Cosplay

It took me a long time to find a fabric I felt would be good to use for her. I finally settled on this on due to the beautiful floral designs and slightly grim bluey grey color. the outfit is in two pieces, a dress and jacket. it was my first time ever making a high collar, and while it wasn't fun to make i do like the look
